Before You Delete
We're sorry to see you go. Please be aware of the following:
⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once deleted, you will lose access to your premium subscription (if active), all synced data, and scan history. You will need to create a new account to use OMR Grader again.

📱 Local device data (images, results, templates) is stored only on your phone and never uploaded to our servers. It is removed when you uninstall the app or clear app data.
Option 1: Delete from Inside the App (Recommended)
- Open OMR GraderLaunch the app on your Android device.
- Go to ProfileTap the profile icon (👤) in the top-right corner of the home screen.
- Scroll to "Delete Account"Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm DeletionRead the warning, then confirm by tapping "Yes, Delete My Account".
✅ After deletion, you will be logged out automatically. Your account is permanently removed.
Option 2: Request Deletion via This Page
If you cannot access the app, submit the form below. We will verify your identity and process the request within 3 business days.

Important: Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To avoid charges:
- Open Google Play StoreOn your Android device, open the Play Store app.
- Go to SubscriptionsTap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Cancel OMR GraderFind "OMR Grader" and tap Cancel subscription.
💡 Cancel your subscription before deleting your account. Google handles refunds per their own refund policy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Deletion is permanent. Your email is anonymized and all data removed. You'd need a brand new account.
What about my exam results and scanned images?
All local data stays on your device — deleting your account doesn't affect it. To remove local data, uninstall the app or clear app data in Android Settings.
How long does the web deletion request take?
Up to 3 business days. You'll receive a verification email first. In-app deletion is instant.
Will I get a refund for my premium subscription?
Account deletion does not trigger automatic refunds. Cancel via Google Play and contact Google Play Support for refund requests.
